Contribute to the realization of the revenue and profitability budget for the Corporate Finance unit

Knowledge of relevant Nigerian law and regulations including the Companies and Allied Matter Acts, the Investment and Securities Act, the Rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the listing requirements on of The Nigerian Deep understanding of financial modeling, company and asset valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation
