Executive Assistant & Administrative Manager

AUN, Yola is looking for an executive assistant and administrative manager. This vacancy is a local condition and is open to Nigerian indigenous and/or legal residents.
Position Requirements:
- An advanced degree in management or a related discipline from a recognized University
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Previous experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant role
- Experience of working in an academic environment (highly desirable but not required)
- Discretion and competence to work with confidential materials
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Strong IT skills including in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience in organizing conferences, seminars, or workshops (both in-person and online)

Project Manager
- Location: Mubi, Adamawa
- Employment Status: Full Time (Project)
- Application Deadline Date: August 24, 2021
The Project Director will lead the design and implementation of the project and provide technical advice on appropriate programming and financing models/processes to assist vulnerable beneficiaries.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferably in social sciences with 5 years experience and or Bachelor’s degree in social sciences with a minimum of seven years’ project management experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in development on Education projects.
- Experience in managing education projects preferred
- Experience teaching in primary schools/managing schools. HoD at primary school is an advantage
- Experience working with SUBEB at the state and LGA highly recommended
- High-level skill in report writing is a requirement
