The Office of Head of Civil Service invites online applications from General Public to fill up various posts. For which they have released a separate recruitment portal.

Purpose of Ghana Civil Service Recruitment Portal Creation
The main objective of this recruitment is to assist the government in the formulation and implementation of government policies for civil service development. The Ghana Civil Service performs the following functions as mandated by PNDC Law 32;
- It formulates policies for government consideration and advises the government.
- The Civil Service conducts research to assist in the effective implementation of government policies across the country.
- OHCS implements, reviews, monitors, coordinates, and evaluates government policy
- The Civil Service performs additional functions as directed by the Executive Branch of the Government.
- OHCS is responsible for the overall civil service and ensures the efficiency of the civil service
- OHCS sets and advice on manpower limitations for the civil service.
