Eligible candidates can avail of the following types of loans up to N15 million from Federal Bank:
Mortgage Bank Loan
- Construction Loan
- Diaspora XHF Mortgage Loan
- Estate Development Loan
- Federal Housing Loan
- Home Renovation Loan
- Rent to Own Loan
Who Can Apply For These Loans
- A copy of the approved building plan
- Amount Bills (If You Have)
- Applicant must be a contributor to the National Housing Fund for a minimum period of six months.
- Applicant's age should be 18 years or more
- Complete the mortgage loan application.
- Contribute to the fund for at least six months.
- Evidence of the contribution of the National Housing Fund.
- Federal Mortgage Bank Loan Application Requirements
- Income certificate on regular basis
- Last three months' salary slip
- Letter of consent to your chosen primary mortgage bank.
- Nigerian citizen who is 18 years of age or older
- Proof of income to guarantee repayment of the loan
- Savings account of primary mortgage bank
- Tax clearance certificate for three years.
- Where applicable, evaluation reports are prepared by registered surveyors and evaluators.
